1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. In a mixer combine 1 cup sugar, rice
flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, oil, milk and 1 tsp
cinnamon. Mix until smooth. Add ground sunflower seeds.
Spoon into greased 9 in baking pan. 3. Mix 1/4 cup of sugar
with 1 tsp cinnamon. Sprinkle over batter. 4. Bake for 40
minutes or until firm. Cut into squares
