     Buttercream Candies

Ingredients
2/3 c Vanilla Chips
1/2 c Real Butter, softened
1/4 c Whipping Cream
1 tsp Vanilla
3 1/2-4 c Powder sugar
10 oz bag vanilla chips
1/2 bar of wax
food coloring
 

Instructions
Cover tray with wax paper. In small microwave safe bowl, melt 2/3 c chips in 30 sec increments, until chips are melted. With a mixer, beat butter, whipping cream, and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually blend in 1 cup powder sugar until mix holds its shape(refridgerate if necessary). Shape mixture into 1 inch balls and place on prepared tray. Refrigerate until balls are firm and dry (several hours or overnight).
Melt 10oz bag of vanilla chips, wax and desired coloring in a bouble boiler. Dip the prepared balls to coat.
