     Balsamic Chicken with White Beans and Spinach

Ingredients
1/4 cup and 1 TBSP olive oil
10 (4oz) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
7 1/2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup and 1 TBSP and 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 1/2 (10.75oz) cans Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
2- 1/2 (15oz) cans white kidney beans (cannellini), rinsed and drained
2- 1/2 (7oz) bags fresh baby spinach
 

Instructions
Heat the oil in 1 skillet and 1 dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until it's well browned on both sides. Remove chicken from the skillets.
Reduce the heat to medium. Combine skillet remnants to dutch oven. Add the garlic to the dutch oven an dcook and stir for 1 minute. Stir in the vinegar and cook, scraping up the browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
Stir the soup and beans to dutch oven and heat to a boil. Return the chicken to the dutch oven. Reduce the heat to medium. Stir in the spinach. Cover and cook until the chicken is cooked through and the spinach is wilted.
Serving Suggestions
Very good served over rice
