     Italian Sausage Meatball Rigatoni

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
1/2 Cup Milk
3/4 Lb Mild Italian Sausage
3/4 Lb Ground Beef
1 Medium Onion-Grated
1 Cup Grated Parmesan-divided
1/4 Cup Chopped Parsley
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper-divided
 
12 Oz Rigatoni
1/4 Cup Butter
2 Garlic Cloves minced
2/3 Cup Vodka
1 Can Crushed Tomatoes
3/4 Cup Whipping Cream
1/4 Tsp Pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425. Combine bread crumbs and milk in a bowl and let sit for 5 minutes. Then add the sausage and ground beef, onion and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, parsley, 1/4 Tsp red pepper and salt. Mix til blended completely, shape into meatballs and bake for 10-15 mins.
Cook pasta.
Melt butter in a sauce pan. Quickly saute garlic, add vodka and cook 5 mins. Add tomatoes, cream, salt, red and black pepper. Bring to boil and reduce to simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve on pasta and top with meatballs.
