Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add biscuit mix; beat. Knead 20 times on surface dusted with biscuit mix. Roll to fit 9 inch pie pan. Place dough in pie pan. Pastry goes with Viennese veal and Hawaiian Ham Pie Station.
