     Hot Spinach-Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
1 (10 Ounce) Package of Chopped Spinach
1 (13 3/4 Ounce) Can of Artichoke Hearts
1 Cup Mayo
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 1/2 Cups of Parmesan Cheese
2 Cups of Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
2 Dashes of Hot Sauce
 

Instructions
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees.
Squeeze out any water from thawed spinach. Chop up fine. Coursely chop up artichokes. Combine all ingredients 1 Cup of Cheese. Place in a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with bagel or tortilla chips.
