Lettuce - Romaine (my preference) or iceberg (CDK's recipe) -- (1 sm. lettuce head/bunch, shredded)
Black Olives - (6oz can, drained)
Tomato (1, Large, Chopped - if the amount of tomato in salsa is not enough)
Cheddar Cheese or Mexican Blend Cheese (2 C, Shredded)
Tostitos Scoops Tortilla Chips
Instructions
In a medium bowl, blend the taco seasoning mix
with the refried beans. Spread the mixture onto a
large serving platter.
Mix the sour cream and cheese in a medium bowl.
Spread over the refried beans mixture.
Top the layers with salsa.
Place a layer of tomato (if using), bell pepper,
green onions and lettuce over the salsa.
Top with cheese and garnish with black olives.
