     Hawaiian Rum Glazed Wings

Ingredients
1/4 c soy sauce
1/4 c canned crushed pineapple
1 Tbsp hoisin sauce
1/2 tsp crushed dried red pepper
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp light brown sugar
1 Tbsp fresh garlic (5 cloves), finely chopped
1/2 Tbsp ginger root, finely chopped
 
2 Tbsp dark rum
20 chicken wings, trimmed and seperated

Instructions
1. In lrg bow, whisk soy sauce, pineapple, hoisin, crushed red pepper, vinegar, honey, brown sugar, ginger and rum. Place wings in marinade, throughly coating them. Marinate 4 hrs in refrigerator. 2. Preheat oven 375 degree. Remove wings for marinade with tongs. Reserve marinade. 3. Place the wings of 2-in deep dish, spreading them out flat. Bake 15 min, then turn and baste with marinade. Bake for another 10-15 min or until browned and cooked through.
