     Beef Skillet Enchilada

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 jar (16-oz) Pace Pincante Sauce
8 corn tortillas (6-in) cut in 1-in square
4-oz shredded cheddar cheese (about 1 cup)
sour cream
chopped green onion
 

Instructions
1. Cook beef in a 10-in skilley over med-high heat until its well brownd, stirring often to break up the meat. Pour off any fat. 2. Stir the picante sauce, tortillas and half of the cheese int he skillet and heat to boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 min or until hot and bubbling. 3. Top with remaining cheese. Serve with sour cream and green onions.
