Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place cod in baking dish coated with non-stick cooking spray. Squeeze lemon juice all over top of cod and then brush on butter on top of cod. Sprinkle cod with Johnny's Seafood Elegance and 1 tsp black pepper. Place in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until fish is flakey.

While fish is baking, slice green onions and saute over medium-high heat with butter. Once sauteed, add heavy cream dillweed, salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Bring down to a simmer and allow sauce to simmer for 5-10 min. Sauce should be done about 10 min before fish is done. Allow sauce to sit and thicken during this time.

Once fish is done, serve with sauce poured on top of fish!
