     Texas Sourdough Biscuits

Ingredients
2 packages yeast
1 cup warm water
2/3 cup oil or grease
2 cups buttermilk
5 cups self rising flour (a must)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 Tablespoons sugar
 

Instructions
Mix well. Store in refrigerator. Take out amount needed. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Dough keeps up to 6 weeks.
