     Garlic Pickled Hard Boiled Eggs

Ingredients
6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
4 garlic cloves, sliced thinly
1 cup pickle juice (liquid from jar of dill pickles)
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
1 tablespoon juniper berries
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
 

Instructions
1. In a large jar, combine all the ingredients.
2. Refrigerate for at least 3 days. The longer the eggs marinate, the stronger the flavor. They can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
