     Blueberry Streusel Coffeecake

8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1-1/2 cups brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
3/4 cup chopped nuts
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries (thawed if frozen)

Stir together soda and sour cream; set aside. In mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until combined. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour and baking powder and beat well. Pour in the foamy sour cream and mix well.
Make topping by combining brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Set aside.
Spread half the batter in a 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle on blueberries and then 1/2 of the topping mixture. Carefully spread on remaining batter and sprinkle with the rest of the topping.
Bake 55 to 60 minutes at 325 until a toothpick comes out clean.
