Heat the oil.
Mix eggs and milk w a wire whisk.
Sift in remaining ingredients.
Beat w a whisk until smooth.
Pour 3T of mix into a funnel .
Cover the whole w your finger until ready to add the mix to the
oil.
Pour in a circular motion into hot oil.
Fry til golden brown on both sides.
Drain on a paper towel.
Add powdered sugar immediately.
