Chop up the apple and mix together with the sugar, spices and walnuts. Set aside to get juicy.
Follow her recipe and while adding the dough balls into the bundt pan, add in a few spoons of the apple mixture as you add your dough.
If you are prepping the night before, cover with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge and allow it to rise over night.
In the morning, let it come to room temperature - takes about 20 - 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 deg F and bake for 30 minutes.
Flip the pan over on to a serving dish and make the glaze. While the Monkey Bread is still hot, drizzle the glaze over and serve up!
