make simple syrup by boiling 8 cups water and stir in 3 cups sugar. stir until sugar is incorporated. (15 minutes) let cool. in a bowl, combine juice of two lemons, 2 oranges, pineapple juice, grapefruit juice, lemonade and vodka. once syrup has cooled, add juice mix to vodka. stir and transfer into plastic container with lid. freeze. serve by filling glass half full of frozen vodka slush and half with diet u-up.
