     London Broil with Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
2 or more pounds prime flank steak
1 bottle of Italian dressing
MUSHROOM SAUCE
1 pound fresh mushrooms, thickly sliced
2 tablespoons parsley
1 clove garlic, chopped
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
 
1 can beef broth
1/2 cup Burgundy

Instructions
For steak, marinate in Italian dressing overnight or for several days, turning often. Drain well. Grill 10-11 minutes for rare and 12-13 minutes for medium, depending on thickness of meat. Do not overcook.
For sauce, cook mushrooms in butter to crunchy stage, adding garlic, parsley, salt and pepper, stirring well. Add broth and wine. If you want a thicker gravy, mix 2 tablespoons cornstarch with 1/2 cup water, blending well. Add slowly to broth mixture, stirring constantly unti thickened. Pour over sliced meat.
