     Beef Dumplings

Ingredients
4 eggs
2 cups milk
6 cups flour
Steak (cut into chunks)
gravy
 

Instructions
DUMPLINGS- Mix eggs, milk, and flour until smooth. Use a soup or serving spoon to make dumplings. Spoon the mixture into boiling water. One spoonful equals one dumpling. Scrape the bottom of the pan so the dumpling floats. Keep in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Cook a roast beef in a crockpot slowly. When its done cut into smaller chunks and mix with dumplings. Pour gravy over the top. (dumplings will absorb NO gravy.
