Ingredients
2 LBS. MEATLOAF MIX
2 LARGE EGGS
1 CUP GRATED CHEEESE
1 TABLESPOON ONION POWDER
1 TABLESPOON GARLIC POWDER
1 CUP BREAD CUBES (NO CRUST)
1/2 CUP MILK
1 1/2 TABLESPOONS FRESH OR DRIED PARSLEY
1/4 CUP ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS
 
OLIVE OIL

Instructions
SOAK ONE CUP ITALIAN BREAD OR SLICED BREAD IN 1/2 CUP OF MILK FOR 15 MINUTES. SQUEEZE MILK FROM BREAD MAKING A SOFT BREAD MIXTURE. ADD THIS TO MEATLOAF MIX, CHEESE, ONION PWD, GARLIC PWD, ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS AND PARSLEY. MIX, DRIZZLING A LITTLE OIL THROUGHOUT. ROLL IN BALLS AND FRY IN OIL OR PUT IN A 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR 30 MINUTES, TURN HALF WAY THROUGH. ADD MEATBALLS TO ITALIAN TOMATO SAUCE FOR 1/2 HOUR OR MORE.
