Spray the middle of a piece of heavy duty foil (piece should be big enough to drug store wrap your dessert). Place a piece of pound cake in the center, top with pineapple, sprinkles and a cherry. Wrap and heat on campfire until heated through.
I made these in Core Training and on vacation with my Grandparents. They suggested having whipped cream or ice cream on top!
