In a large bowl, whip the cream and set aside. In another mixing bowl, combine Longaberger Lemon Dessert Mix, mascarpone cheese, orange liqueur and lemon zest and mix well. Fold in the whipped cram and spoon into a serving dish. Garnish as desired and serve with fresh fruit.
