2, 15 oz. cans great northern beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups diced red bell peppers
2/3 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced onion
3 jalapenos, seeded and minced
1, 4 oz. jar diced pimeintos
2/3 cup prepared Italian dressing
chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
corn chip, for dipping
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the beans, bell peppers, tomatoes, onion, jalapenos and pimientos. Stir in the Italian dressing.Sprinkle with parsley and serve with corn chips for dipping.
