Mix sour cream, mayo and Spinach Dip Mix. Let set for one hour. Spread on the Tortilla wraps, sprinkle with shredded cheddar and any optional additions. Roll up ito logs and put in foil to refrigerate. When needed- cut itno bite size circles. Any extra spread can be put in celery or in a bowl for chips and dip.
