In a large bowl or shallow baking dish, whisk together the soy sauce, scallions, honey, ginger, peanut oil, and sesame oil. Reserve 1/4 cup of the marinade, then place the chicken in the bowl or dish. Cover the chicken with plastic wrap and let marinate at room temp. for 45 min.

Remove wings from marinade and place on grill. Close the cover and cook, basting occasionally with the reserved marinade, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred, 4 to 5 min. per side. Sprinkle chicken with sesame seeds and scallion greens while still hot.
