     Asian-Style Wings

Ingredients
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup finely chopped scallions (white parts only) and chopped green parts for garnish
3 Tbs. honey
2 Tbs. grated fresh ginger
2 Tbs. peanut oil
1 1/2 Tbs. sesame oil
2 lbs. chicken wings, rinsed and patted dry
2 Tbs. sesame seeds, for garnish
 

Instructions
In a large bowl or shallow baking dish, whisk together the soy sauce, scallions, honey, ginger, peanut oil, and sesame oil. Reserve 1/4 cup of the marinade, then place the chicken in the bowl or dish. Cover the chicken with plastic wrap and let marinate at room temp. for 45 min.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and brush the grate with oil or spray with nonstick spray.
Remove wings from marinade and place on grill. Close the cover and cook, basting occasionally with the reserved marinade, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred, 4 to 5 min. per side. Sprinkle chicken with sesame seeds and scallion greens while still hot.
