Devane and rinse shrimp. Dry with paper towels making sure you get all the water out. Place in bowl.

Add lemon infused oil (not to much just to oil), kosher salt and parsley to taste. Marinate for one/two hours.

|
Grill shrimp in shells on very hot grill for 3/4 minutes on each side until the backs open. Do NOT overcook. Squeeze lemon juice on top. Allow shrimp to rest. Let everyone peal their own. May be served hot or room temperature.

Serve with sauce of choice and maybe a salad...
