     Hidden Valley Crunchy Pea Salad

Ingredients
10 oz frozen baby peas, thawed
1 cup diced celery
1 cup chopped cauliflower
1/4 cup chopped cashews
1/4 cup diced green onions
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup prepared Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing
crisp cooked bacon, optional
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients. Chill. Garnish just before serving. This recipe was shared after I enjoyed it at the DAV luncheon bazaar...I hope you like it!
