     Nature's Glory Fall Slaw

Ingredients
1/2 cup reduced fat mayo
1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
1 Tbsp grainy mustard
salt and pepper to taste
1 granny smith apple, peeled, cored, sliced thin
2 of the 10-12 oz packages slaw mix
4 oz crumbled bleu cheese
1/2 red onion, sliced thin
 

Instructions
Combine the mayo, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper into the Bright Multi-Color Large Bowl. Add the apple sliced, cabbage, cheese and onion. Toss. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serves 6-8. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - NOTES - Crisp apples and yummy bleu cheese add a fresh taste to a traditional dish.
I made this and really liked it, as did the rest of the family!
