     Spiced Corn Chips

Ingredients
10-12 oz plain tortilla chips, lightly salted
1/2 tsp chipotle or your favorite chili powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp sea salt
olive or vegetable oil in a mister
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the chips on two Woven Traditions Baking Sheets, making a single layer. Lightly mist with oil, then sprinkle spice over the chips. Bake 4-5 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve in the Bright Multi-Color Large Triangle Bowl Basket either warm or at room temperature with the Low-Fat Guacamole in the Bright Multi-Color Small Triangle Bowl Basket and stack both on the Wrought Iron Two-Tier Stand. NOTES - Serve with the low-fat guacamole for a healthier snack.
