Ingredients
2 cups of beef stock
600ml of thickened cream
3 teaspoons coarsely crushed black pepper
 

Instructions
Cook 2 cups of beef stock in a large frying pan over heat for 10 minutes or until stock reduces
Reduce heat to medium and add 600ml of cream and 3 teaspoons of coarsley crushed pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes or until thick and creamy.
