Reserve 2 Tablespoons mushrooms for sauce. Mix remaining mushrooms, the bread crumbs, chicken, broth, milk, egg, onion, salt and pepper. pour into ungreased 1 quart casserole. Cook uncovered in 350 degree oven until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean, about 1 hour. Serve with mushroom sauce.
