     Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons reserved mushrooms
2 Tablespoons chopped onion
2 Tablespoons margarine or butter
2 Tablespoons flour
1 cup chicken or turkey broth
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
 

Instructions
Cook and stir mushrooms and onion in margarine over low heat until golden brown. Stir in flour. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until flour is deep brown. Remove from heat. Stir in broth. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in remaining ingredients.
