     Lemon Swirl Frosting

Ingredients
1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 to 3 teaspoons grated lemon peel
about 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
 

Instructions
Beat all ingredients until frosting is fluffy and of spreading consistency. If necessary, stir in additional lemon juice, 1 teaspoon at a time. Fills and frosts two 8 or 9 inch layers or frosts a 13 x 9 inch cake.
