     Inverted Chocolate Chip Cookies

1/2 cup butter (125 mL)
1 cup white sugar (250 mL)
2 eggs
1 2/3 cup flour (100 mL)
1tsp baking soda (5 mL)
2 cups white chocolate chips (500 mL)
1/2 cup margarine (125 mL)
1/2 cup brown sugar (125 mL)
2 tsp vanilla (10 mL)
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt (2 mL)

Preheat oven to 375°, cream butter and shortening. Add sugar, beating until fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
In a bowl, stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add to butter mixture with white chocolate chips drop by teaspoon and flatten (on a baking sheet).
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet
