     Sausage Balls

Preptime   30 minutes
Ingredients
1 pkg. roll sausage
2 cups biscuit mix
10 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in large bowl until combined well. Shape into 1/2 inch balls and placed on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
