     Porcupine Meat Balls

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 slightly beaten egg
1 tbsp snipped parsley
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
dash pepper
1 can (10 3/4 oz) tomato soup
1/2 cup water
 
1 tsp worcestershire sauce

Instructions
Combine first 7 ingredients and 1/4 cup tomato soup in large bowl. Mix thoroughly and shape into 1 inch balls. Place in skillet.
Mix remaining soup, water, and Worcestershire sauce; pour over meatballs.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat; cover and simmer about 40 minutes, stirring often.
