1 lb ground beef

1/4 cup uncooked long grain rice
|

1 slightly beaten egg

1 tbsp snipped parsley
|

2 tbsp finely chopped onion

dash pepper

1 can (10 3/4 oz) tomato soup
|

1/2 cup water
|

1 tsp worcestershire sauce

Instructions |
|
|
Combine first 7 ingredients and 1/4 cup tomato soup
in large bowl. Mix thoroughly and shape into 1 inch
balls. Place in skillet.

Mix remaining soup, water, and Worcestershire sauce;
pour over meatballs.
|
|
|
Bring to a boil; reduce heat; cover and simmer about
40 minutes, stirring often.
