In a skillet place butter or margarine and put in
400 degree oven until butter melts and pan and oven
are VERY hot, gently heat milk in microwave until
quite warm but not boiling (you can skip warming up
milk if your eggs are room temp)

while pan/oven heat up in blender (or with whisk,
whatever) blend all remaining ingredients. I add the
melted butter to blender after coating pan with it,
some don't. Mix will be VERY watery
|
|
|
Pour mix straight from blender into hot pan. Cook 20
minutes or so or until very puffy and golden brown
and delicious
|
|
|
serve with fruit or maple syrup or whatever you normally like on pancakes.
