Combine sugar, butter and milk in saucepan and bring
to boil for 5 minutes until candy therm. reaches 234
stirring constantly.

Remove from heat; add chocolate chips and stir until
melted.

|
|
Add marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla; beat until
blended.
|
|
|
Pour unto greased 9x13 pan. Cool.
