Cream butter (for about 3 minutes until changes to light yellow color), add
sugars, vanilla and pudding mix.
Beat until smooth and creamy.
Beat in eggs.
Note- the butter needs to be cold. Do not overheat the mixture once the flour is added. If
mixture is getting warm put dough in the freezer for a bit. Also if the cookies are flat, you can try
1/2 tsp baking soda and 1/2 tsp baking powder.
