     Spicy Sesame Pork Ribs (2)

Ingredients
3 lbs. pork spareribs, rinsed and patted dry
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
3 Tbs. sherry
3 Tbs. Sesame oil
3 Tbs. finely chopped fresh ginger
1 1/2 Tbs. soy sauce
1 Tbs. rice vinegar
1 lrg. garlic clove, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
 
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 Tbs. sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions
Place the ribs in a wide, shallow, nonreactive container. In a small bowl, whisk together the hoisin sauce, sherry, sesame oil, ginger, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and red pepper flakes, pour mix over ribs and turn over to coat.Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Remove the ribs from the refigerator. Scrape off any excess marinade from the ribs and reserve. Season the ribs generously with salt and pepper. Prepare the grill for indirect grilling. Preheat to medium-high heat and brush the grate with oil or spray with nonstick spray
Place the ribs on the grill over the unlit side. close and cover. Cook, turning and basting occasionally with the reserved marinade for 1 hour.Continue cooking until the ribs are fork tender and easily separates from the bone, 30 min to 1 hour.
Place ribs on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
