2 lbs of beef stew meat, round steak, or roast, cut into pieces
3 tablespoons oil
1/4 cup flour ( I used a gf flour blend)
1 onion, chopped
1 lb mushrooms, sliced
1 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 cup sour cream
cooked rice or noodles
Instructions
1.Heat oil in a pan.
2.Dredge meat in flour and brown in oil.
3.Place browned meat, onion, mushrooms, broth, and mustard in the crockpot.
4.Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the meat is tender.
5.Stir in sour cream and serve over rice or noodles.
