     Barbecue Roast

Ingredients
1 1/2 c ketchup
2 T Dijon mustard
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
 
4 lb beef chuck roast
Instructions
Mix the above ingredients and pour over roast that has been placed in a crock-pot. Cook for 8 hours on low.
