     Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
3 cups sugar
1 cup oil
3 cups flour
2 eggs
2 cups cooked pumpkin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
 
Instructions
Cream sugar, oil and eggs.
Add pumpkin and mix well.
Add flour and dry ingredients.
Bake at 350 in mini loaves. (4-5 loaves) 40-45 minutes.
