Ingredients
5 Tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1 egg yolk
3 Tablespoons cocoa
2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
3 Tablespoons hot strong black coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla
 
Instructions
Cream butter, and egg yolk in small mixer bowl; blend in cocoa. Add confectioners sugar alternately with hot coffee; beat well. Stir in vanilla.
