     Cocoa Cream Filling

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/3 cup light cream
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
 

Instructions
Melt butter in top of double boiler over hot, not boiling water. Stir in sugar. cocoa and light cream; cook and stir 1 minute. Cool; add confectioners sugar and vanilla. Beat to spreading consistency.
