     Twice- Baked Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
1 22 oz frozen mashed potatoes
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup fresh chives
4 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (2 oz) shredded chedder
 

Instructions
Prepare potatoes according to directions.
Stir in cream cheese and next 5 ingredients.
Put in casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
