Hot Fudge Sauce- Combine 3/4 cup sugar and 1/2 cup cocoa in small saucepan; blend in 2/3 cup (5.3 ounce can) evaporated milk and 1/3 cup light corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils; boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in 1/3 cup butter or margarine and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Serve warm.
