This recipe calls for the hay hole method of freezing.
Mix together sugar, evaporated milk, water and vanilla. Put in freezer can. Just before you are ready to put can in the hay hole, add graham crackers.
Makes about 1 quart, which serves 6-8 persons. Allow 3-4 hours for freezing.
