     Chicken Enchilada Dip

Ingredients
3 large chicken breasts OR 3 large cans of chicken
2- 8oz. pck. light cream cheese, soften
1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. dry oregano
1 tsp. paprika
cayenne pepper & Tabasco sauce to taste
 
small am't chopped cilantro
4 green onions, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies, do NOT drain

Instructions
Mix cheeses until creamy and well blended.
Add garlic, chili powder, cumin, oregano, paprika,cayenne and Tabasco sauce. Mix well.
Add chicken, cilantro, green onions and tomatoes. Gently fold into mixture. Refrigerate.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with tortilla chips or other chips of your choice.
