Mince the sausages and fry quickly in a saucepan with onion until crisp and brown. If the sausages are very fat, pour off some of the grease. Add cooked corn, cut from the cob, or drained canned corn and baked beans. Stir until well heated; then season as needed, considering the seasoning of the beans. May be served with cole slaw to which a little catsup has been added.
