     Asparagus Cheese Soup

Ingredients
.5 Gallon Sauce Bechamel CSC
1lb- 9 3/4oz. Frozen Asparagus
3.2 oz. Diced Onions
.64 oz Vegetarian Chicken Base
2 cups 2 percent Milk
13.92 oz. Sliced American Cheese
 

Instructions
1.Warm Bechamel to 145F
2. Cook Asparagus in steamer until barely tender.Drain well chop into 1/2 inch pieces
3. Steam onion until tender
4. Gradually add milk; Cook until mixture reaches 165 degrees 5. Add drained Asparagus, onion, cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Heat 165F 6. Serve and Enjoy !
